For those of you who are new to our practice, we would like to personally welcome you to our office. Our facility incorporates the latest in dental technology along with all the patient comforts to provide you with an exceptional service at each visit.
We provide cosmetic and traditional dental services to our family of patients, with our emphasis always on preventative dentistry.

The dentists at Kacher Dentistry can now correct a wide variety of so-called "permanent" dental problems:
- Missing teeth, gaps between teeth, general bite dysfunction

Initial Visit
Excellence in dentistry begins with a careful diagnosis and treatment plan to move us toward the goals we will establish together. We will perform an extensive and comprehensive examination of the teeth, gums, bite, joints, and soft tissues. When needed, and with your permission, we will utilize appropriate x-rays.
At times we may use intra-oral photographs and study models of your teeth and jaws to identify areas of concern. We believe this in-depth examination and documentation to be the cornerstone of quality dentistry.
If you have a particular concern simply let us know and we will place special importance on that area during your initial exam.
We also offer a cosmetic evaluation, which is an abbreviated initial exam that places particular emphasis on your cosmetic concerns and solutions to achieve your very best smile.
You can save up to 20 minutes in our office by filing out your patient registration and health history forms from the convenience of your own home.
Financial Information
Our goal is to help you get the dental care you need. Before any procedures are done, we will always speak with you first regarding insurance coverage and cost. We help patients maximize their insurance benefits by filing your claim electronically. If we have this information before the appointment, we will be able to better serve you in determining how much of the cost your insurance will cover
Keep in mind that your dental insurance is a benefit given to you by your employer. The reimbursement rates are variable and typically cover only a portion of normal dental expenses. We are not responsible for how your insurance company chooses to handle a claim or what benefits they may or may not pay.
Also note that as a standard insurance companies use the term "Usual, Customary Rate" (UCR), which are lower than typical dental fees. These are actually "allowable fees" set at the operating profit margin of the insurance company, which puts a ceiling on your benefit (amount that will be covered by insurance).
Our benefits experts will help you wade through the confusion of deductibles, co-pays, and percentage covered by giving you the bottom line in a clear and concise format.
We also provide a number of flexible financing options. A popular option is CareCredit.

CareCredit is a flexible patient/client payment program, specifically designed for healthcare expenses, that makes it easier for you to get the treatment or procedures you want and need. CareCredit is ideal for co-payments, deductibles, treatment and procedures not covered by insurance.
Patient Safety
Due to the concern about safety and sterilization, we have chosen to share with you some valuable information about our sterilization methods and infection control systems.
There are currently three similar sets of guidelines established by OSHA, the American Dental Association, and the Center for Disease Control. In addition to compliance with every requirement from each list, we also follow all recommendations for added safety so that our individual office standards exceed requirements at all times.
In the clinic, each treatment room is equipped with an independent bottled water source using distilled water. We use a professional laundry service to clean our clinic attire, towels, and blankets. Our towels are then sterilized using an autoclave, and we use disposable supplies at every opportunity.
For added patient safety, the system we use for all of our x-rays is a digital system. These digital x-rays provide a significant reduction in radiographic exposure compared to traditional x-rays.
Maintenance of infection control standards at this level is costly and time consuming, but essential in our opinion. We welcome any questions you may have and are eager to show you our sterilization facilities should you so desire. Your health and protection is one of our greatest concerns.
